How we work together
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Making ice cream is science. Mixing ingredients and freezing them, this is not how it works.
Together we define your requirements: base, inclusions, flavours, calories, ingredients. Our R&D team combines ingredients, leading to the best quality and shelf life of your tailor-made product.
This co-creation is an interactive process including product tastings and production tests. We have a broad range of plant-based ingredients to our disposal, like oat, almond, soy and coconut drinks but also 100% natural colours, flavours and more technical plant-based additives.
PRODUCT OPTIMIZATION
Does your current recipe has issues with crystallization, flavour or creaminess?
Our R&D team can show the way to an improved recipe. We also have experience in developing plant-based versions of a dairy best-seller.

PRODUCTION
Once the recipe has been determined, the production is meticulously planned. Ingredients are purchased, primary and secondary packaging is designed and ordered. We work closely together during this preparation.

Our stick production line has a capacity of 100,000 pieces per production run. We can add a plant based chocolate coating of various thicknesses. Inclusions like nuts or a swirl holds no secrets for us.
