The brand Crème de la Crème has been founded in 1999 in Hasselt, Belgium. Throughout the years, we have built a reputation with super-premium ice cream, sorbets, yoghurt ice cream and pure-plant gelato for the foodservice market.
Our broad product range of no less than 23 flavours gives catering professionals everything they need to create a memorable dessert experience, with the taste and quality of homemade. An effortless solution that saves time, simplifies operations and allows you to focus on what matters most: your guests.
Pure-plant gelato, sorbets & dairy ice cream
From traditional dairy flavours to pure-plant options, yoghurt variants and refreshing sorbets, our range exists of 23 flavours, mostly available in 2,5 liter tubs or even 5 l for our traditional vanilla ice cream.
Very unique within our range, are our sorbets. Every single one of our 7 sorbets is made with 45% pure fruit, without concentrates – offering a healthy and refreshing alternative to traditional desserts.
Our raspberry sorbet is a favourite among consumers. Compared to other brands, our sorbet scores highest for aroma, flavour and aftertaste, making it the overall consumer favourite.*

In 2024, the Crème de la Crème brand was taken over by the Greenyard Group.
